-You and literally everybody else that reads this website
I'm glad you asked! It's simple really. You can email Kelly Leiby, Caroline Brown, Abby Miller, or Sarah Love individually using their school emails... except that won't actually work anymore because we're all graduating and our school accounts get wiped and die! So I suppose it's not simple, really, in that sense. BUT, instead, you could email the entire team! That's right, we have an email address, and it's acksproductionteam@gmail.com. All ACKS production members have access to this account, except we really don't, because I don't think any of us remember the password. Oops. (Seriously guys, does anyone have the account info?) See, we really are cool though, we have a website AND an email.
It's actually kinda funny that we still have this page because ACKS split up! Our final production together was "Pastry Police". Since then, school got too busy and lives went in different directions. It was sad to see it end, but it was for the best, and it gave the opportunity for everyone to explore other passions. But if you're a current journey student reading this because Mr. Ashman shared this site with you as an example of incredible wonderfulness, then you can still reach out to us using some other form of communication. I, for one, would be happy to talk about this whole mess because though it was YEARS ago, it's still my baby :)
Our members of ACKS (and their typical jobs) included...
Abby Miller - Production Manager
Caroline Brown - Cinematography
Kelly Leiby - Director
Sarah Love - Editor
Mr. Ashman - Executive Producer
Oatmeal - Emotional Support
Ideas and scripts are primarily a group effort.
The ACKS team consisted of our four full-time members, all from the class of 2022. Abby, Caroline, and Kelly participated in Concert Band, Marching Band, and Jazz Band. Abby plays the trombone, although she was previously a baritone and trumpet player. She also plays the piano. Caroline is a percussionist but mainly plays the snare. Way back in 4th grade, she played the trombone, and also played/plays the guitar. She recently started playing the bagpipes, cello, and Otomatone as well, it's the greatest thing that's happened to my life since canned bread! Kelly plays the trumpet because the trumpet is the best instrument ever, and she's obviously the coolest because of it. She also plays a bit of piano. Sarah was not in the band, but in 4th grade, she played the snare drum, she also can play the piano. She's a singy person. So is Abby... and Caroline. Sarah and Abby were in Chorus and Sarah was also in Show Choir. They, along with Caroline, participated in the musical. Caroline was also on the Debate Team, Sarah was in it for a while, but dropped out. Kelly was in Leo Club. She and Sarah and were a part of the 4-H Sew n' Sews. Abby and Caroline used to be, but quit. Kelly, Abby, and Sarah were in Science Olympiad. As for sports... Caroline was the only athletic one, participating in field hockey, tennis, and pole vaulting. As you can see, we were pretty busy doing stuff, and had absolutely no time to update this website, or make films, and yet somehow we did... because we're awesome, so... yeah.
All that stuff you read was just high school though! And for real for real, life isn't going to be that way anymore. So here's the real bio, graduate style: Abby and Sarah are both going to Kutztown University, Abby to study English with an additional paralegal edge, and Sarah to study film. Caroline is going to University of Vermont to study engineering. Kelly is going to Cornell University to study physics, and computer science. College is a time for growth, exploration, adventuring, and I guess a little bit of learning too, so we ACKS members will be living it up and trying new things, and so should you (nonexistent person that isn't actually reading this).
